WRECK FISHING
The typical cost of a WRECK FISHING trip (up to 25 miles) :
is £500 for the charter of the vessel for a 12 hour day. Individuals can be accommodated at £55 per angler. Departure time is 0700hrs returning at 1900hrs.

WRECK FISHING trip (25 to 40 miles) :
is £600 for the charter of the vessel for a 12 hour day. Individuals can be accommodated at £65 per angler. Departure time is 0700hrs returning at 1900hrs.

WRECK FISHING trips (from 40 to 60 miles out) :
are £650 for the cost of the boat for a 12hours trip. Individuals can be accommodated at £70 per angler. Departure time is 0700hrs returning at 1900hrs.

WRECK FISHING trips (from 60 to 70 miles out) :
are £700 for the cost of the boat for a 12hours trip. Individuals can be accommodated at £75 per angler. Departure time is 0700hrs returning at 1900hrs.

DAY COD FISHING ON GUERNSEY GROUNDS
The cost of this charter is for a FULL BOAT ONLY at £700 for a maximum of 10 anglers.
Departure time is 0500hrs returning at 1900hrs.

GUERNSEY TRIPS - TWO DAY TRIP
DAY ONE. Depart 0700hrs arrive St. Peterport 1800hrs.
DAY TWO. Depart 0700hrs arrive Plymouth 1800hrs.
On the way over fishing normally starts at 1000hrs and finishes at 1600hrs.
On the return journey fishing starts at approximately 0900hrs and finishes at 1500hrs.
Cost of the vessel is £700 per day. Individuals can be accommodated at £70 per angler.

GUERNSEY TRIPS - THREE to FIVE DAY TRIPS
DAY ONE. Depart 0700hrs arrive St. Peterport 1800hrs.
DAY TWO. WRECK or BANK fishing 0800hrs to 1600hrs.
DAY THREE. WRECK or BANK fishing 0800hrs to 1600hrs.
DAY FOUR. WRECK or BANK fishing 0800hrs to 1600hrs.
DAY FIVE. Depart 0700hrs arrive Plymouth 1800hrs. Fishing will take part on this journey home at different locations.
Cost of the vessel is £650 per day. Individuals can be accommodated at £65 per angler.

18 HOUR WESTERN APPROACHES TRIPS
Cost of the vessel is £800 and individuals at £75 per angler

ISLES of SCILLY TRIPS - THREE TO FIVE DAY TRIPS
Cost of the vessel is £800 per day. Individuals can be accommodated at £80 per angler.
Please note we will be using Falmouth as a base.

PLEASE NOTE: ANY NUMBER of DAYS from TWO to FIVE MAY BE BOOKED.
FOR GUERNSEY & ISLES of SCILLY TRIPS the ANGLER must book his own accommodation. Please phone for advice.

Conditions or Terms of Hire/Charter

Hire/Charter for the vessel "C-CHEETA".

1. INTRODUCTION.
   The following sets out the terms and conditions under which the vessel "C-CHEETA" may be chartered. This document forms an agreement between "C-CHEETA" (the owner) and the club or individual hiring the vessel (the charterers).
    

2. THE VESSEL.
   The owner will make available the vessel "C-CHEETA", licensed, insured and carrying regulation safety equipment, as set out in the MCA Code of Practice for small commercial vessels. The vessel will also carry a licensed skipper & and a crew when appropriate.
    

3. ACCOMMODATION.
   Accommodation must be reserved directly by the charterer's with the Guesthouse or Hotel at the destination etc and as such "C-CHEETA" are not involved in reservation of rooms etc.
    

4. PAYMENT.
   A deposit is required to secure a booking. This is normally £100  for a daily charter. For a single charter, the balance is due on completion of the charter. For multiple charters, the full amount is payable on completion of each trip; the deposit is taken into account and deducted from the final charter. The price quoted may be subject to a variable fuel surcharge should the price of diesel increase substantially. You will be advised of this should this circumstance occur.
   For Charters of several days a larger deposit will be required. This is subject to the skippers discretion.
    

5. SIZE OF PARTY.
   Our license restricts us to a maximum of 12 passengers plus two crew. These limits will not be exceeded under any circumstances. If you find that your party is depleted, let us know in good time & we will try to help you make up the numbers. Please remember that the charter cost is for the boat & the charterer's are responsible for the full fee, regardless of how many people are on board.
   We do however recommend that you bring a maximum of 10 anglers or even less.
    

6. WEATHER.
   Our single biggest problem.
   For single day charters, please call us on Mobile (07812)-204994 daytime or HOME (01752) 249121 evenings on the evening prior to the trip to check conditions.
   For multiple day charters, please call us on your arrival.
   
   We acquire weather information from a number of sources; shipping forecast, inshore forecast, internet buoy data, TV etc., and use it in deciding whether or not to sail. Intelligent interpretation of the best data available does not guarantee a correct decision; the owner cannot be held responsible if the charterer's have a wasted journey.
    

7. CANCELLATION.

• If the owner cancels the charter due to adverse weather conditions, problems with the boat, illness or indisposition on the owner's part or skipper's part, no boat charter fee is payable & the full deposit is returnable.
• If deteriorating weather conditions force an early return to port, only that portion of the trip spent at sea is chargeable, with any part of an hour counting as 1 hour. It is the discretion of the skipper if no charge is levied.
• A decision to return early to port is the skipper's & his alone. A return at the insistence of the anglers qualifies as a complete trip & the full fee is payable.
• If the charterer's cancel a trip within 4 weeks of its date, the deposit is forfeited. If such cancellation is within 2 weeks of the charter date, the entire fee is payable. These conditions are only to apply if the owner is unable to secure an alternative charter on the date in question.
